Hanging out with Atlanta's 'Dream' team

ATLANTA - That Atlanta Dream lived up to their name last Friday, overcoming a 13-point lead by the Connecticut Sun to score their seventh win of the season.  

Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken spent Monday morning with coaches and players from Atlanta’s WNBA team, the Atlanta Dream, at the Georgia State Sports Arena practice facility.  The Dream are currently ranked 3rd in the Eastern Conference, and are coming off that win last Friday at home over the Connecticut Sun during which player Angel McCoughtry scored 25 of the team’s 75 points.  That means right now, the Dream stand at 7 wins and 6 losses this season, with the team’s next game on Wednesday against the Chicago Sky, who are ranked fifth in the Eastern Conference.  The team’s next home game will be on Friday, July 6th at 7:00 p.m., against the Seattle Storm.
