The 11-month-old Golden Retriever recently found out that Kristin Klingshirn, one of the co-hosts of The Bert Show, is a HUGE fan of his. So, Max decided to send Kristin some love via Twitter and offered her one of his coveted "pawtographs."

Thursday, Max delivered his pawtograph to Kristin and spent the morning hanging out in studio with The Bert Show gang. He was joined by his foster/FOX 5 digital producer Katie Muse, FOX 5 Digital Content Manager Casey Morris, and his Canine Assistants instructor, Kristen LaFevers.

For those who aren't familiar with Operation Max: FOX 5 has partnered with Canine Assistants to help teach Max to become a service dog for a disabled veteran. He arrived at FOX 5 back in January when he was just 12-weeks-old. Since then, he's been working closely with a small team of FOX 5 employees who are teaching him everything he needs to know!

Max had a ball (pun 100% intended) visiting The Bert Show. The second he walked into the studio, his tail was wagging and he was loving life. He even let out his infamous "golden grunt" when he and Kristin first met.

Kristin spent a lot of time loving on Max and playing with him. She even got on the ground and played fetch, which is a very valuable skill for Max! One day, he'll retrieve objects for his veteran.

Kristin wasn't the only member of The Bert Show who loved on Max....

"I got to cuddle the best good boy in the whole city today," Assistant Producer Davi Crimmins said on Twitter, sharing an adorable photo of her and Max.

Social Media & Web Director Cassie Young also enjoyed having Max in the studio, sharing out lots of sweet photos on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

To say the least, Max had a great time. The only thing his visit was missing was host Bert Weiss and co-host Brian Moote... maybe next time!
