4 enter not guilty pleas in hazing death of LSU student from Roswell
BATON ROUGE, La. - Four men have pleaded not guilty to criminal charges in the hazing death of an LSU student from Roswell.
Maxwell Gruver died last September. Prosecutors said Gruver was forced to drink excessive amounts of liquor at the Phi Delta Fraternity.

One man faces negligent homicide charges and up to five years in prison.
The other three face a misdemeanor charge of hazing punishable by up to a maximum of 30 days in jail.
