Crews responding to large sinkholes in Gwinnett County
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Two large sinkholes have opened up in Gwinnett County.
The sinkholes are located on Venture Drive.
Officials told FOX 5 the sinkholes are located on a private property and are related to pipes not draining properly. Crews with the Department of Water Resources, the Georgia Department of Transportation, along with police officers, are assessing the situation.
Officials said Venture Drive will reopen to the public as soon as possible.
