Dangerous convenience store robbery caught on camera

ATLANTA - A man refuses to turn over his cash and ends up getting shot. A convenience store camera shows the end of the scene, and police want you to take a good look and help them identify not just the gunman but two people shown inside the store.

Officer Lisa Bender said they believe those two know the gunman.

It all began when the victim, a customer, walked into a Texaco on Donald Lee Hollowell and tried to purchase a bottle of water. But as he pulled cash out to buy the water, his money became visible and thieves tried to seize the opportunity.

Bender quoted the gunman as saying, "give it up." That customer ran instead and got shot twice below the waist. He will be fine.
