The Georgia Supreme Court will now look at the case of Ryan Duke.

He is the man accused of killing teacher and former beauty queen Tara Grinstead in 2005.

The justices heard arguments Tuesday about who should pay for expert witnesses on DNA, false confessions, and psychology.

Previously, the Georgia Supreme Court decided to delay the trial to consider Duke's emergency pre-trial appeal.

Duke is being represented pro bono by three private attorneys.

A judge ruled that since he's not using a public defender, he is not entitled to receive state funds for experts.

Duke's attorneys argue that he should get those funds.

No word on when we can expect a ruling.
