Gwinnett County school bus driver breaks record at world competition

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A Gwinnett County school bus driver just added two more gold medals and a new American record for her age bracket.

Emma McGowan won the 60-meter and 400-meter races at the World Masters Athletics Championships in Poland.

She completed the 400-meter race in a record-setting pace.

McGowan previously won gold and silver medals at the 2018 World Masters Track and Field Championship in Spain, setting an American record in the women's 400-meter race.
