Hapeville Police warn of drugs that look like candy following bust
HAPEVILLE, Ga. - A warning from the Hapeville Police Department after a major drug bust Friday.
Police seized suspected marijuana, pills, cannabis pops, suspected powder cocaine, cash and two firearms, one of which police said was reported stolen.

Investigators said they want parents, teachers and coaches to be extra vigilant because the pills and lollipops are designed to look like candy. They hope parents will share the dangers of such drugs with their children.
Hapeville Police Cpl. Jason Dyer said lead Det. M. Sanders, Det. S. Cushing and CSI S. McCollum in the department’s Criminal Investigation Division were instrumental in taking the dangerous drugs off the streets.
