Police said they have arrested two men in the shooting death of a 23-year-old Clayton County man at a grocery store, as the manhunt widens for a third suspect.

Jarrell Moore was arrested by the Clayton County Sheriff's Office while Henry County authorities said they arrested Marc Anthony Brione. The dragnet for Dayvon Boyer, who is considered by police to be armed and dangerous, has widened.

David Gibbs was found dead from apparent gunshots inside his car in the Aldi store on Riverdale Road, according to police. Investigators believe an altercation between the men led to his death.

“Apparently there was a shooting. He was involved in some form of an altercation, but we do not know exactly what occurred as of yet,” said Sgt. Ashanti Marbury, Clayton County Police Department.

Sgt. Marbury said Gibbs was in a black car when he was shot. Police said the car rolled down the parking lot, stopping when it struck two other parked vehicles. Gibbs, who was found inside the car in the back seat, was pronounced dead at the scene.

“We do think that another vehicle was here on the scene as well that left the property,” said Sgt. Marbury.

Tiara Betts, the aunt of Gibbs, told FOX 5 News the 23-year-old man was loved by many.

“He was just such a good hearted person. He would give to people that didn’t have and I just don’t know who would do this to my nephew,” said Betts.

She said her nephew was weeks away from his 24th birthday, but instead of planning a celebration David Gibbs’ family will be planning a funeral.

Many family members rushed to the scene in shock and in search of answers as police search for the killer.

“We need justice for my nephew he didn’t deserve to die this way. He didn’t. He was a good kid. His birthday was coming up in a few weeks,” said Betts.

Police said they are checking surveillance video from the store in search of the parking lot killer who took the life of David Gibbs.

“They’re going to catch you. It’s inevitable so just turn yourself in and save us the problem of having to come after you because we’re not letting it go,” said Betts.

Police said eyewitnesses also indicated the young men were seen running away from the area.
