Neighbor credited for saving life of boy being attacked by dogs
WALTON COUNTY, Ga. - A neighbor is being credited with saving the life of a 9-year-old boy who was being viciously attacked by three dogs.
Walton County Animal Control officials provided photos of the dogs which were taken to the Walton County Animal Control offices for a 10-day quarantine.
According to Loganville Police, the dogs went for the child's face during the attack.
The neighbor was able to free him, but then the dogs turned on her, biting her face as well.
Both are going to be okay.
Walton County officials said if the owner doesn't surrender the pit bulls to be euthanized they will go forward with dangerous dog proceedings.
Police said the owner has been corporative with them.
