New video of second suspect in AUC shooting released
ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Police released a new video on Thursday of a man investigators are calling the second suspect in the Atlanta University Center campus shooting.
Investigators said the man seen in the video is one of the two people who exchanged gunfire with each other during a college block party in front of Woodruff Library on Aug. 20. Four teenage girls were injured and taken to an area hospital. They were later released.
Police also announced a $6,000 reward for information leading police to identity of the second suspect.
Earlier this week, Isaiah Williams, 21, turned himself into the Fulton County Jail and was booked on aggravated assault, aggravated battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and criminal attempt to commit murder charges. Atlanta police said Williams turned himself in after investigators secured warrants for the incident. He was being held without bond as of Friday evening.
Williams is not a student at the Atlanta University Center, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Atlanta Police Department or Atlanta Crime Stoppers.
