Police search for murder suspect in deadly house fire investigation
SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. - Police are searching for a murder suspect after a woman was found dead inside a home on fire in Sandy Springs.
Officers have an arrest warrant for Patrick Nolan, 43, who is wanted for murder, aggravated assault with intent to murder and arson in the first degree, according to Sandy Springs Police.
Firefighters worked Saturday to put out a blaze at a home in the 500 block of Hammond Drive near Roswell Road. The victim, Amber Marie Holliman, 39, was found dead in the house shortly after 11 a.m. Saturday.
Investigators, including ATF, responded to the scene.
Nolan may be driving a blue 2006 Ford Explorer with Georgia license plate number PYZ1420. Police say Nolan might have his dog with him, a Presa Canario weighing around 160 lbs.
Police say they believe Nolan is armed and dangerous.
