Police: 2 men shot at Decatur apartment building

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - DeKalb County police are looking into a double shooting at an apartment complex.

Police responded to a person shot call a little after 3 a.m. Friday morning at the Windrush Apartments on Kensington Road in Decatur.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victims to a local hospital. Officials say both men have serious injuries but are expected to survive.

Officers are now trying to figure out who shot the men and why.
