Police identify suspects in Covington kidnapping, robbery

Officials have released the names of the suspects who they say kidnaped a man, pistol-whipped him, and then forced him to go into a Wells Fargo to withdraw money.

Officers surrounded the Wells Fargo on the 11000 block of Highway 142 North in Covington on Wednesday afternoon after the victim, 31-year-old Colby Alan Castle, was able to alert staff to call the police.

Three people were arrested during the incident. On Monday, the Covington Police Department released the names of two of the suspects, Antonio Usher and Mike White.

Police said the kidnapping happened outside of the city limits and they are working with other law enforcement agencies on the case.

Castle was injured but officials said at the time he was expected to recover.
