The search is on for two people who held up a Brink's armored vehicle in Smyrna.

The FBI says it happened last Friday around 1:50 p.m. The worker was robbed at the Regions Bank on Concord Road. Both suspects wore masks.

“We've made these two suspects priority just because of what you see in the pictures,” said Kevin Rowson, public affairs specialist with FBI Atlanta.

The agency provided FOX 5 News with two images of the people responsible. In one photo, you can see a robber with an assault-style rifle.

Investigators say an undisclosed amount of cash and the worker's handgun was taken. That weapon can be seen in the second photo.

Rowson says the robber with the long-gun had a sleeve covering one arm, but the other was exposed.

“We believe there is a possibility he was trying to cover something up on his arm ... maybe a scar or a tattoo,” he said.

Brink's is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrests of those responsible. Tips can be called into Smyrna Police, the FBI, or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477). You can also submit tips online at crimestoppersatlanta.org.
