Second week of jury selection in Tiffany Moss case
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Officials said Monday began the second week of jury selection for the case of a woman charged with killing her stepdaughter.
Tiffany Moss is representing herself in the case. Officials said she is helping decide who will be on the jury.
Investigators said the stepdaughter was 10-year-old Emani Moss who weighed only 32 pounds at the time of her death.
Officials said Moss could face the death penalty if she is convicted.
Emani’s father, Eman Moss, pled guilty to the murder in 2015 and was sentenced to life in prison.
