Police also arrested 19-year-old Ira Troy Williams Wednesday afternoon at a home on Rockbridge Road in Stone Mountain. Officials say that Williams, who has been charged with felony murder, is the fourth and final suspect linked to the case.

According to police, Jones and two other men stormed into the Barcelona Wine Bar around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2017, as employees were closing for the night. The men, dressed in black hoodies, were seen on surveillance video near the dishwashing station binding the hands of employees with electrical tape.

Investigators said the men forced the manager, 29-year-old Chelsea Beller, into the upstairs office, where they made her open the safe before they mercilessly shot her. Beller was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital but later died.

Last month, Carlous Bailey, 20, of Lithonia, was charged with murder and armed robbery in connection with the case. Police said he was already booked into the DeKalb County Jail on unrelated charges.

The other suspect, Samuel Ott, 21, was charged with felony murder, assault, kidnapping, and false imprisonment.

Police believe more people were involved in the case and anticipate additional arrests.

Meanwhile, the third suspect arrested, Jones, and the fourth suspect, Williams, remain at the Fulton County jail.

Anyone with information on the crime is asked to call Atlanta Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
