Train slams into tractor-trailer stuck on tracks in Acworth
ACWORTH, Ga. - Another day, another train crash in Georgia, this time in the city of Acworth.
It happened Monday afternoon near the intersection of Main and School Streets. Acworth Police said a tractor-trailer got stuck on the tracks as a train was coming through town.
Officials said no one was injured.
The road was closed for several hours while crews worked to clean up the mess and make sure the tracks are in good condition.
A similar incident happened Sunday in Temple, Georgia. It also was caught on camera.
