On Tuesday, officials told FOX 5 they've arrested two Stone Mountain men, 24-year-old Monty Marquies Nelson, and 35-year-old Richard S. Pierre-Hayes.
According to police, the two men lured Smith out of a vehicle at the gas station and then shot him.
Warrants say that surveillance video provided by the gas station showed the shooting.
Both Nelson and Pierre-Hayes were arrested without incident at their homes Tuesday. They are both charged with felony murder and are in custody at the DeKalb County Jail.
