DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - DeKalb County Police hope you can help identify a crew of criminals who investigators believe could be serial robbers after they ambushed a T-Mobile store and forced workers to give them access to more than $20,000 worth of Apple products.
Police said the robbery happened on Sept. 26, shortly before 8 p.m., at the store on Moreland Avenue SE.
Video surveillance shows two gunmen emerging from a grey vehicle parked outside, and entering the store; detectives said the men forced the two workers into a back storage area, and shoved a worker behind a door as they stuffed their bags filled with items.
The robbers, police said, demanded only Apple products and declined a safe full of phones and items from other brands. The individuals proceed to stuff their bags full of items, and then raid the cash register before fleeing the store.
