Amicalola Falls State Park sends guests on aerial adventure

DAWSONVILLE, Ga. - It's already one of Georgia's most loved and visited state parks, and now guests to Amicalola Falls State Park in Dawsonville have a thrilling new reason to plan a visit.

The new Aerial Adventure Park at Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge officially opened last week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours of the new attraction.  Built by American Adventure Park Systems, the Aerial Adventure Park includes 11 zip lines and three suspension bridges, giving visitors breathtaking views of the North Georgia Mountains, something especially exciting as fall approaches.
