From high-profile murder mysteries to serial killers, the new TV One crime show, ATL Homicide, will spotlight old homicide cases in Atlanta through the eyes of Veteran Atlanta Police homicide detectives David Quinn and Vince Velazquez.

The two worked together for nearly 30 years and decided to come out of retirement to bring their real-life homicide investigations to television. In the show, the former detectives recount their personal experiences solving these cases, alongside dramatized re-creations that transport viewers into each case.

The two talked to Good Day's Alyse Eady about how the show was created and what it means to see their stories re-enacted on television. They credit their longtime partnership and unified detective skills as the driving force behind the show.
