Southern chefs unite to help supply wholesome food

He's a self-taught chef whose cooking style is rooted in the South. Todd Richards joined Good Day Atlanta's Alyse Eady Thursday morning with a lesson on how to make salmon croquettes straight from a page from his cookbook.  

He is one of several Georgia chefs participating in a major fundraising event on Sunday at Serenbe to raise money for Wholesome Wave Georgia a nonprofit hoping to help the more than one and a half million people living in food insecure households in Georgia.
