The Lyons return for an explosive third season of 'Empire'

LOS ANGELES, Ca. - The biggest show on television is back -- and this year, one of the breakout stars of "Empire" says the cast is doing its best work ever.

"Empire" season three premieres tonight on FOX 5 Atlanta at 9 p.m., following the series premiere of "Lethal Weapon."  Cast members say the Lyon family drama will continue in full-force, while fans will get a better idea of how the family became such a powerful dynasty through a series of flashbacks.  Music superstar Mariah Carey will guest star this season, and Bryshere "Yazz" Gray, who plays as Hakeem Lyon, says this season's music will be the best yet.
