Atlanta area restaurant chain salutes military in May
ATLANTA - If you’re a fan of tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, you know the name Willy. Willy’s Mexicana Grill is one of Atlanta’s most popular restaurant chains, with dozens of locations around the area. And this month, founder Willy Bitter and the team are saluting the brave men and women who serve our country.
Leading up to Memorial Day on Monday, May 28, Willy’s Mexicana Grill is offering a special discount for all military service members, both active duty and retired. The discount gives military heroes 10% off with the presentation of a valid military ID or support document. In addition to the regular favorites on the Willy’s menu, guests can currently try out the new Southern BBQ Burrito, which is stuffed with chipotle pork or adobe chicken along with rice, jack cheese, southwest coleslaw and homemade Alabama white sauce.
Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken spent the morning at the Willy’s Mexicana Grill North Druid Hills location (at 2566 Briarcliff Road in Atlanta), chatting with founder Willy Bitter about the military discount and taste-testing the new Southern BBQ Burrito!
