14-year-old seriously injured in LaGrange shooting, suspect arrested

LAGRANGE, Ga. - On Jan. 6 at approximately 5 a.m., LaGrange Police responded to a shooting at 514 McCall Street involving a 14-year-old victim. Authorities reported that the teenager suffered a gunshot wound to the neck, resulting in serious injuries.

The suspect in the shooting is 17-year-old Enan Brooks. He reportedly left the scene before police arrived. But was later arrested by the LaGrange Police Department and transported to Troup County Jail.
