Police have identified the suspect as Alan Barrera, who is accused of fatally shooting Aristeo Ramirez on Hillcrest Avenue on Jan. 11. Investigators have not disclosed details about the circumstances leading to the shooting but have stated that Barrera should be considered dangerous.
