Two shot overnight in SW Atlanta
Two people were shot overnight, including a juvenile, in southwest Atlanta in a parking lot off Moury Avenue.
ATLANTA - Two people were shot overnight in a parking lot in the 200 block Moury Avenue in southwest Atlanta.
Police say that when they arrived shortly before 3 a.m., they found evidence of a shooting but no victims.
About 30 minutes later, they were notified that a 16-year-old female and a 20-year-old male had been taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.
The female had a gunshot wound to the arm and the 20-year-old had been shot in the arm and leg. Both are expected to recover.
No information has been released on a possible suspect at this time.
