2 popular Buckhead restaurants closing temporarily for upgrades
ATLANTA - Popular Buckhead restaurants Gypsy Kitchen and The Southern Gentleman will temporarily close starting Jan. 5 for essential upgrades to their HVAC systems and design improvements.
The closures will allow for modernization of the restaurants' HVAC systems, ensuring a more comfortable, climate-controlled environment for guests, particularly during the warmer months. Additionally, Gypsy Kitchen will undergo aesthetic updates to refresh its look and create a more contemporary and inviting atmosphere.
Both restaurants are expected to reopen in early February.
"Our patrons can rest assured that we will take care of our servers, hosts, bartenders, line cooks, and chefs during this time," said Chris Hadermann, managing partner and CEO of Southern Proper Hospitality Group.
Updates on the progress of the renovations will be shared in the coming weeks. Gypsy Kitchen and The Southern Gentleman express their gratitude to the community for its understanding and patience as they work to enhance the dining experience.
