FOX 5 spoke with neighbors along Jackson Lake Road on Saturday who didn't want to go on camera but said the tragic loss has hit the whole neighborhood very hard.

They said the driver's windshield had been iced over, and she allegedly didn't scrape all the ice off, so her view was partially obstructed.

One of Andre's criminal charges seems to confirm this, as she has been charged with obstruction of driver's view.
