Amazon delivery station opens in Lawrenceville

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - A new Amazon delivery station is open and operating in Lawrenceville.

FOX 5 News toured the 80,000 square-foot facility on Tuesday.

It's been up and running for just over a month and created more than 400 new jobs with more open positions expected for the holiday season.

Amazon says the facility plays several important roles in the company.

This facility joins six other Amazon facilities already in Georgia, four performance centers, and two sort centers.
