'Armed and dangerous' man wanted after girlfriend's body found in Roswell ditch

Authorities are actively searching for 49-year-old Roberto Dominguez Soto, who is wanted in connection with the death of Blanca Sauer, a 47-year-old Sandy Springs woman found deceased on Christmas Eve.
