ATLANTA - Police want to find a man accused of tackling a grocery store clerk during a robbery in northwest Atlanta.
Officials say the robbery happened shortly after 3:15 a.m. on Oct. 29 at the Troy Supermarket on Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW.
According to the clerk, the unidentified man entered the store and began playing on one of the business' gaming machines.
After a short time, the man reportedly grabbed and tackled the clerk, taking money from their pocket and snatching the keys to the front register area.
The man then entered the cash registered area, grabbed a cash box that had more than $2,200 in it, and fled the scene on foot.
