Armed person caught on camera attempting to break into Jackson nursing home, vehicles
BUTTS COUNTY, Ga. - The Butts County Sheriff's Office is asking for assistance in identifying an individual involved in a concerning incident at Westbury Nursing Home in Jackson.
Around 2 a.m. on Jan. 1, the individual was spotted walking around the nursing home carrying a pistol-grip shotgun. BCSO says the individual attempted to enter the nursing home and multiple vehicles on the property.
The Butts County Sheriff’s Office is collaborating with the City of Jackson Police Department, the FBI, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) to investigate the case.
