Arrest made in shooting of Atlanta fire captain
ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A man suspected of shooting an off-duty Atlanta fire captain in the shoulder during a robbery last month has been arrested.
Atlanta Police Sgt. John Chafee says 35-year-old Demario Mosely was arrested in Chicago in connection with the Feb. 2 robbery.
Investigators say Mosley lives in Chicago but has family in Atlanta.

Police told FOX 5 Mosley and another suspect attempted to rob Cecil Level and a woman while they were getting our of their car.
According to police, when the gunmen saw the Level's captain badge, they shot him and fled.
Detectives are working to identify the second suspect.
