Phipps Plaza's Winter Chalet on The GREEN dining and entertainment experience curated by Citizens Market Food Hall is happening every Thursday through Sunday through Feb. 25. Eventide Brewing is celebrating its 10th anniversary on Feb. 10. The event promises a day filled with nostalgia, entertainment and plenty of great craft beer, where guests can "hop" into a world of whimsy and joy. Key features include an interactive photo wall where guests can claim a free beer if they spot themselves, making it a "picture-perfect pint" moment, along with an exciting raffle. The raffle's grand prize is a coveted weekday evening reservation in Eventide’s Biergarten event space, valued at $700, truly a "dream come true" for any beer enthusiast. The newly-opened Trilith Guesthouse in Fayetteville is hosting "Coffee Connoisseur" on Feb. 11. Scofflaw Brewing is hosting its 7th annual %#$@ Cancer Event on Feb. 17. The event will feature Scofflaw’s %#$@ Cancer beer, an IPA that honors late partner Scott Selig’s charismatic, tenacious spirit with a bold expression of cryopop hops. Proceeds from this beer support the leukemia & lymphoma society. Scofflaw’s latest release, Juice Quest, will also be available at the event for all to try.
The Southern Gentleman is hosting an exclusive bourbon dinner in collaboration with Kentucky distillery Maker's Mark from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 21. The evening begins with a welcome reception featuring passed hors d'oeuvres and a specialty welcome cocktail. Following the reception, guests will be seated for a three-course dinner by executive chef Banks White, paired with selections from the renowned Maker's Mark Distillery. Throughout the evening, knowledgeable representatives will guide guests through each course and bourbon pairing. Cost is $120. Each guest will receive a gift bag and raffle tickets will be available. Atlanta's Original Oysterfest is happening Feb. 24-25 at Steamhouse Lounge. There will be heaping buckets of roasted oysters, chargrilled oysters on the half-shell topped with garlic and butter, Steamhouse's legendary lobster bisque, fried oyster po'boys, ice-cold beer, cocktails, live music, cold brews, and more. Weekend tickets to the 36th annual Steamhouse Lounge Oysterfest are on sale now for $25, plus fees, and include two days of grooving to live music, enjoying fresh seafood from the Louisiana Gulf Coast and letting the good times roll. Summerhill's Little Bear restaurant is celebrating its 4th anniversary. They are offering $4 caviar bumps and special cocktails created and served by The Dampfwerk’s Creative Director Bridget Loeffelholz at a celebration on Feb. 24.

Ela, a new Pan-Mediterranean restaurant by Fifth Group Restaurants, is now open in the former El Taco space in the Virginia Highland neighborhood. An eclectic concept embracing Greek, Moroccan, Israeli, and Turkish flavors, Ela celebrates each culture’s rich culinary history, woven together through their common uses of big and bold spices, open flame technique, complex flavors, and shared regional ingredients that thrive in arid coastal climates. Mallo Sweet Bar at Chattahoochee Food Works is hosting a fun-filled Hawaii-themed opening weekend Feb. 23 through 25 with giveaways and free samples, the first 7-course Dessert Dinner of the year with treats like roasted pineapple soup with macadamia cream and earl grey guava bars, a Wahine’s (Ladies) Night Out event with a Hula lesson & haku (flower crown), a little taste of their sister brand, Jan Marie’s Hawaii Street Food and more. Two new metro Atlanta CraveWell Cafe locations are opening Feb. 5. Politan Row at Ashford Lane, a new food hall, is now open in Dunwoody.
