Man critically injured in shooting on Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard, police say

ATLANTA - Atlanta police are investigating a shooting in the 300 block of Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard.

Officials were called to the location at 8:20 p.m. on Wednesday. They found one male victim shot in the head, who was said to be in "critical condition."

That victim has not been identified.

There has been no word yet on a suspect or a motive in the shooting.

This is an ongoing investigation.
