BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. - A Bartow County deputy retired just days after Cartersville Police arrest her on DUI charges.
Police pulled over Brandy Kotteman on East Church Street Sunday night. The arresting officer said Kotteman not only admitted she had been drinking, but when asked how much she had, she replied quote "I've had a lot."
The Bartow County Sheriff's Office sent a release out Tuesday stating that Kotteman has now retired after 23 years of service.
