Halloween is a little over a week away and if you are making plans to grab costumes or stock up on candy for your home, the day offers appeal for many.
Whether you celebrate the day or not, some cities across the country offer an enjoyable Halloween experience for revelers.

WalletHub released a list of the best locations for Halloween. The personal finance company compared the 100 largest cities in the nation using 20 key criteria, including Halloween fun, Halloween weather, costume stores per capita, crime rate, and the number of trick-or-treat stops in the areas.
New York City claimed the top spot as the best city for Halloween fun, followed by Jersey City, New Jersey, Miami, Las Vegas, and Chicago, which ranked fifth.
