Blue Bell ice cream fans can vote to bring back discontinued flavor

Fans of Blue Bell ice cream have a chance to bring back one of their favorite discontinued flavors thanks to its "Great Scoop Revival Flavor Tournament." 

The tournament, which launched on June 25, allowed ice cream lovers to submit their favorite discontinued flavor. 

Then, with March Madness-style brackets, Blue Blue narrowed the competition down to the top two flavors Friday: Cookie Cake and Groom’s Cake. 

"The Great Scoop Revival Flavor Tournament is down to the final two – a battle of the cake flavors!," the company revealed on social media on June 28. "Cookie Cake vs. Groom's Cake." 

 Fans have until the end of the day on Friday to vote for which flavor should win on Blue Bell’s Facebook, Instagram Stories, X, and Bluebell.com

The winning flavor will be announced on Monday, July 1.

Blue Bell’s previous sixteen competitors included Strawberry Cheesecake, Red Velvet Cake, Hot Fudge Brownie and Gingerbread House.
