What we know:

Three individuals, Josiah Hughley, David Booker, and Miles Collins, stand accused of Coleman's murder. Prosecutors allege that the men attacked Coleman in July 2022, leading to a violent confrontation. Two eyewitnesses have provided crucial testimony in the case. Andrea Page Smith, one of the witnesses, recounted, "I heard screeching tires and a collision. I saw men struggling near a parked car and heard a gunshot." However, during cross-examination, Smith admitted she did not see a gun or who fired it. Another witness, Owen Waites, called 911 after witnessing the crime and stated, "I saw Mr. Coleman fall," and mentioned seeing a black vehicle.

From left, David Jarrad Booker, Josiah Hughley and Miles Collins charged with aggravated assault, murder of Bradley Coleman at a Peachtree Corners gas station.

What we don't know:

Despite the testimony, there remain unanswered questions about the specifics of the incident. The identity of the shooter and the exact sequence of events leading to the gunshot are still unclear. The prosecution's previous mistake, which led to a mistrial, adds another layer of complexity to the case.

What's next:

As the trial continues, more evidence and testimony are expected to be presented. The court proceedings will aim to clarify the events of that fateful day and determine the culpability of the accused. The outcome of this trial will be closely watched, as it seeks to deliver justice for Bradley Coleman and his family.
