BUFORD, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - The man accused of gunning down a war veteran in downtown Buford faced a Gwinnett County judge Thursday.
Jeremy Colvin is accused of killing his former co-worker, Allen Willard Jr. In court Thursday, Colvin revealed that he didn't have an attorney and the judge said he would appoint one.
Colvin also asked to speak with family members who were in the courtroom, but the judge denied that request. At Colvin’s first appearance, Willard’s family was present and vocal in the courtroom about the case.
