ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Atlanta Police believe thieves hit the same Northwest Atlanta Walmart two nights in a row.
Atlanta Overnight Commander, Sgt. Reginald Moorman says Thursday and Friday morning around 3 a.m., seven men jumped out of a gray Infinity, white Dodge Charger and a U-Haul truck broke locks off Walmart’s overflow storage containers and helped themselves to some small appliances and electronics.
The first night they got away without interference. Police say on Friday, they pulled up to the crime in action and the men scattered. Officers went after the men in the UHaul. The truck crashed into a citizen’s car at 17th and Howell Mill and then the suspects ran off.
Officers say no one was injured and no one is under arrest at this time.
