Chick-fil-A is looking for an Atlanta family for a new commercial, and if you're looking to break into the voiceover industry, we've got something for you. Entertainment insider Tess Hammock joins Alyse Eady with the week's Casting Call.

Atlanta movie and TV productions are looking to cast roles in the next few weeks, and entertainment insider Tess Hammock has the scoop.

Here are the productions Hammock shared on Good Day Atlanta that are looking for on-screen and behind-the-scenes talent.

Background/Extras

1. Project: Chick-fil-A commercial in CFA App 

  • Casting: Family that can cook together (at least 1 parent and 1 child), any gender, any ethnicity, any ages for adults, kids ages 8 to 11
  • Due Date: Dec. 28, 2024
  • Filming Directions: use landscape framing and stand in the kitchen like you’re on a cooking TV show, introduce yourself and child (15 seconds per person), you may use props, say what you enjoy about cooking,

2. Project: A new slasher horror film titled ‘Scar Tissue" 

  • Casting: 18 and 19-year-olds to portray high school students, any ethnicity, any gender
  • Filming: Feb. 4, 2025 in Marietta

3. Project: True Crime Series

Event Production Technician at AVI-SPL 

Duties: 

  • Provide technical consultation on the production strategy based on the unique event goals, scope, and vision
  • Oversee the design, setup, and configuration of all necessary control room elements to ensure a high-quality event for client productions
  • Technical direction
  • Audio mixing
  • Lighting design

Required Experience: 

  • 3+ years of experience in the area of event production, broadcast, video production, or another similar field
  • 1+ years of experience in onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events
  • Experience with Ross production environments and video switchers
