Man dies after Decatur parking lot shooting
DeKalb County police found a man in his 20s shot outside a shopping center in Decatur.
DECATUR, Ga. - DeKalb County police are investigating a deadly shooting in Decatur.
At 1:24 p.m. on Saturday, officers were called to the 1800 block of Candler Road where a man in his 20s had been shot. They taped off the parking lot of seafood restaurant Captain D's and hair salon Isabelle Braiding.
The man was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died.
Police say the shooter stayed at the scene.
Officials have not yet identified the victim, the suspect nor unveiled a motive for the shooting yet.
