Dive team searches for vehicle in Lake Lanier
HALL COUNTY, Ga. - Officials in Hall County spent a portion of Thursday afternoon searching Lake Lanier for a vehicle which went into the water.
It happened near Mountain View Park off Old 141 near Browns Bridge Road. Captain Zachary Brackett with the Hall County Fire Services said divers were put in the water to check to see if there was anyone inside when it submerged.
Captain Brackett said divers were able to determine no one was inside the vehicle.
The incident is still under investigation.
