Gwinnett Police: 1 dead, 1 injured in Lawrenceville shooting
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Gwinnett County Police are investigating after at least two people were shot in Lawrenceville Sunday.
Investigators said the shooting possibly started on Paper Mill Road around 3:45 p.m. The shooting is believed to be drug-related, police said.
One person died, while a second victim was hospitalized as a result of the shooing, officials confirmed.
Detectives are working to learn what led up to the shooting.
Police are searching for suspects.
No word on the victims' conditions.
An investigation is ongoing.
