Expert: Hemy Neuman in manic state at time of Rusty Sneiderman's murder
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - A defense expert in court on Monday said Hemy Neuman suffered from undiagnosed bi-polar disorder in November of 2010.
That is when Neuman is accused of shooting Rusty Sneiderman to death outside a Dunwoody day care center.
Dr. Adrianna Flores gave similar testimony at Neuman's first murder trial.
The Georgia Supreme Court overturned his conviction on appeal.
Flores said Neuman was in a manic state and suffering delusions when he killed Sneiderman.
