FBI arrest man wanted for a double murder in Dayton, Ohio

ATLANTA - The FBI arrested a man in Stockbridge for a murder that happened in Dayton, Ohio.

Authorities say Christopher Smith was charged in two shootings that happened within hours of each other on December 5.

Two people died and one other person was injured.

The Atlanta office of the FBI says its agents arrested Smith on Sunday.

He is now in the Montgomery County jail back in Ohio.
