Fiancée to sue Sealy Mattress after man found dead in Conyers trailer

CONYERS, Ga. - Jasmine Jennings, the fiancée of a man who died inside a locked mattress trailer, plans to announce a lawsuit today against the Sealy Mattress facility in Conyers.
What we know:
Jennings says her fiancé, 38-year-old Joshua Armour, wandered onto the property of the facility in October of last year while experiencing a mental health crisis. According to Jennings, Armour’s brother-in-law was able to track his phone to the facility the following day. However, Jennings claims a Sealy representative denied them and employees permission to search the premises.

A week later, Armour’s body was discovered inside a locked mattress trailer on the property. Jennings says the tragic incident left their family devastated. She and Armour shared two children together.
